Here to Help You Heal

You deserve a steady and growth-oriented partner in your therapy journey. As a clinical social worker with 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I am that partner, helping adults, veterans, and active-duty military navigate struggles with anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, transitions, trauma, and more.

I believe in collaborative, strengths-based care that is tailored to your unique quals and priorities. I look forward to helping you gain insight, develop skills, and create meaningful change in our work together.

My Approach to Care

My approach is grounded in collaboration, working with each individual through evidence-based, trauma-informed practice in a thoughtfully structured, insightful, and empowering environment. I am passionate about helping you move from feeling stuck to living intentionally and aligned with your values by identifying patterns, building practical tools, and achieving your mental health goals.

A Journey into Exceptional Patient Care

My path to becoming a therapist began with an early interest in supporting others, an interest that deepened during my time in the United States Air Force as a mental health technician. This experience strengthened my commitment to providing trauma-informed and person-centered care, allowing me to bring a steady, trauma-informed lens rooted in resilience and deep respect for each person’s story—and for the courage it takes to seek support.

Personal Interests

In my free time, I love trying new things and enjoying my many hobbies. You’ll often find me getting out in nature, spending time with my family and dog, cooking and baking, trying new restaurants and foods, traveling, photography, and learning the arts, just to name a few!
