To achieve this level of success, I use evidence-based practices. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches to help you build resilience, self-awareness, and coping skills.
A Journey into Exceptional Patient Care
My path to becoming a therapist began in my role as an early education teacher. I realized my passion extended beyond academics to supporting students’ emotional and behavioral needs, and deepened my understanding of how early experiences can play a pivotal role in life. Now, I bring compassionate behavioral health care to diverse age groups to ensure personalized high-quality care.
Personal Interests
In my free time, I enjoy going for walks, working out, reading, and spending quality time with my dog. I find these activities help me stay grounded, energized, and present, and I love bringing this sense of balance and well-being into my work with clients.
